Federal Government Debt at end June
The Belgian Federal Government Debt amounted to EUR 407.32 billion as of 30 June Debt issued or taken over by the federal government amounted to EUR 407.04
billion, and the institutions for which the federal government supports the debt service, registered a debt of EUR 0.28 billion.
In net terms (i.e. deducting financial deposits and investments, as well as securities owned by the Treasury), the Federal Government Debt amounted to EUR 391.80 billion.
Programme of events for the Belgian National Day
On the occasion of the National Day on 21 July this year, the FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Defence, the FPS Home Affairs, and the Federal and Local Police, in close collaboration with the Syndicat d’initiative Bruxelles Promotion, organise a series of events in Brussels for the general public. The objective is to turn this Belgian National Day into a great popular event, giving all citizens the opportunity to share in a festive moment in the heart of the capital.

The federal agency for medicines and health products (famhp) published its annual report.
Invitation to the press: Presentation of the events for the Belgian National Day (not to be published)
On 20 and 21 July the federal authorities are organising multiple events to celebrate the National Day. The press is invited to a press conference that is taking place coming Monday 4 July, during which the various organisers of the federal authorities will present the programme.
